Refund policy

Our promise

We want you to love every item. If a product is faulty or not what you expected, our returns and exchange policy makes the process simple, fair and fast.

Return & exchange windows

  • Change-of-mind exchanges/returns: Request within 14 days of delivery.

  • Faulty or incorrect items: Report within 14 days of delivery for priority handling.

Eligible items

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation number.

  • Free from makeup, perfume, or obvious wear.

Non-returnable items

The following are not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Intimates or accessories (unless sealed packaging is unopened).

  • Final sale or discounted clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

How to request a return or exchange

  1. Email us at customercare@sumeemkhan.com

  2. Provide your order number, item name/SKU, reason for return, and photographs if the item is faulty.

  3. Wait for our return authorization and shipping instructions.

Do not send returns without prior authorization — unauthorized returns may be delayed or declined.

Return shipping costs

  • For faulty/incorrect items: SUMEE M KHAN covers return shipping and will provide a prepaid label or arrange courier pickup.

  • For change-of-mind returns/exchanges: customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

Refunds & credits

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.

  • For card payments, the refund processing time may vary depending on the bank.

  • Store credit or exchange options are available immediately upon acceptance as an alternative.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or product is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit.

Faulty items

  • If your item is faulty or damaged, we may request additional images and will process your claim quickly. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
