Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your SUMEE M KHAN order quickly, safely, and reliably. This page explains available shipping methods, costs, processing times, insurance, tracking and international shipping information.

Shipping methods & partners

We partner with trusted local and international couriers to cover Pakistan-wide delivery and international shipping:

  • Domestic (Pakistan): BlueEx

  • International: DHL or equivalent

Processing time (order confirmation → dispatch)

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment/Order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery time (after dispatch)

  • Metro cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad & other cities): 7 to 8 business days.

  • Other major cities: 12 to 15 business days.

  • Remote areas may take longer depending on courier coverage.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by courier, destination, and seasonal volume.

Shipping costs & free shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.

  • Free standard shipping is offered on orders over PKR 30,000 within Pakistan. 

  • Express delivery options incur an additional fee.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available within Pakistan Only. 

  • For COD orders, a verification call or SMS may be made before dispatch to minimize failed deliveries and returns.

International shipping & customs

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country — these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Delivery times for international shipments depend on the destination and customs clearance

  • The approximate time of delivery for international region is 20 business days   

Order tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email/SMS a tracking number and link to track in real-time.

  • Please allow 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to populate with the courier.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect deliveries

  • Inspect your parcel at the time of delivery. If the package is visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at customercare@sumeemkhan.com or support number [to be assigned].

  • For lost parcels or items damaged in transit, we will lodge a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund once liability is established.

Returns shipping

  • For return or exchange requests (see Returns & Exchange Policy), return shipping costs may be covered by SUMEE M KHAN for genuine courier faults or manufacturing defects. For change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
